Painter / powder coater / Process mechanic (m/f/d) for coating technology

We are looking for a motivated painter (m/f/d) to join our team. If you enjoy getting stuck in and helping to design high-quality products, then you’ve come to the right place!

Your tasks:

  • Manual powder coating with a GEMA Optiflex

  • Manual painting with a spray gun Personal equipment is provided

  • Adoption of the color change

  • Getting to know functional coatings

  • Preparations for painting

  • Quality control and coating thickness measurement

  • More flexible in the area of anti-adhesion coating and powder coating

What you bring with you:

  • Experience in the painting sector or completed vocational training as a process mechanic for Bcoating technology or painter and painter

  • You have experience with spray guns

  • You are a team player and show a high level of commitment.

  • Reading technical drawings

  • Willingness to work a 3-shift system

  • Ready to learn something new

Machine and plant operator (m/f/d) in metal and plastics technology

F-B-S stands for quality, innovation and customer proximity. We are looking for you as a full-time employee (m/f/d) as well as a trainee.

Your tasks:

  • They prepare work processes, check machine functions on test benches and commission machines.

  • We have state-of-the-art, fully automated robot grinding cells in use, as well as semi-automated and conventional machines available.

  • They monitor the production process and control or monitor the material flow.

  • You will also inspect or maintain machines at regular intervals to ensure they are ready for operation, for example by topping up oils or coolants and lubricants.

  • Replace wearing parts such as seals, filters or hoses. This is very important for the required quality standards of our articles. Random quality checks are part of your daily routine.

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed Training as a machine and plant operator or professional experience on machines and plants in a production facility

  • Ideally, you will have some work experience in a production company.

  • You have experience in working with machines.

  • You are a team player and show a high level of commitment.

  • You are prepared to work in shifts. (2-3 layer)

  • Experience in quality inspection

  • Reading technical drawings
