Product features
We only use the best quality materials for your non-stick coatings: PTFE, FEP, PFA and silicones.

PTFE
coatings, unlike PFA and FEP, have a porous, hard surface with good to very good non-stick characteristics, good chemical resistance, extremely low coefficient of friction and very good abrasion esistance and therefore suitable for applications with mechanical loads.

FEP
coatings have a non- porous, smooth surface that stand out because of their exceptional non-stick properties, low coefficient of friction, very good abrasion resistance and very good chemical and corrosion resistance.

PFA
coatings are characterised by an impermeable, smooth, slightly “greasy-acting” surface which ensures excellent non-stick qualities, a low coefficient of friction, good abrasion resistance and excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.

ETFE
coatings are co-polymers. They are the toughest of the fluoropolymers with excellent chemical and corrosion resistance and can be used constantly at a temperature of 150°C. Layers with a thickness of 1000µm are possible.
